To keep your hijab in its best condition, wash it at 30°C using a gentle cycle or hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying—instead, lay it flat or hang it to air dry naturally. Try not to wring or twist the fabric, and if needed, iron on a low setting to maintain its soft, sleek finish.
Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100, delivered via DPD Next Day Delivery.
For orders under £100, DPD Next Day Delivery is available for £6, with delivery expected within 1–2 working days. Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before dispatch.
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time is 10–14 working days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery within 7–10 working days via tracked standard shipping.

Customs & Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item remains unused, unworn, and undamaged, and you can provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept exchanges after this 14-day period.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are available only for customers within the UK; we do not currently accept international exchanges. All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we do offer refunds upon verification. To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@sondoswear.com with clear photo evidence, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
