Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and undamaged, with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To qualify for a refund in the case of damage, you must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged and can be verified. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
